AGM / DGM - Sales (Path Labs)
We are looking for someone for Channel Sales Management, for the Path Lab Business.
- Lead the sales team for B2B segment achieving the aggressive growth for the segment
- Plan and design the sales processes for effective sales management.
- Plan and manage sales events, campaigns, and product launches
- Generate and review sales reports to monitor the team performance
- Interact with Product and Marketing staff to optimize the Lab products, services and branding
- Coordinate with Field operations to deliver the operations performance
- Support Business Head in scaling up operations as and when required by business and sales
Desired Profile:
- Min 8 years of experience with sales function in NCR with Diagnostics or Pharma segment
- 5+ years in a leadership role in sales managing team.
- At least 3 years in diagnostics industry.
