Job Description:- - Develop a strong, thought-thru and effective - Media Planning- . - Effectively usage of media planning tools and identification of appropriate channels of communication. - Design an effective implementation strategy and ensure its execution as per the plan. - Effectively managing organization-wide brand, corporate/institution identity and marketing communication initiatives, in sync with organizational plan - Prominent usage of brand logos &amp; pictorial representations in all internal &amp; external communications - Strive to create a USP for the brand in each location. - Strive to enhance the brand position in the annual corporate brands surveys - Managing the Brand Resource Centre, Brand Manual and developing other tools and resources necessary to help enable successful brand execution within locations - Periodically assessing the brand equity, its awareness, recall, value and redundancy quotient with the customers. If required, re-vamping and then re-launching the brand - Logo - its shape colour, Punch-line, Mascot and brand ambassador. - Develop a strong communication plan - Identify and direct appropriate media selection for advertising new academic delivery tools, launch campaigns, and establish alliances with key media intermediaries &amp; agencies - Identify, negotiate &amp; empanel quality service providers at the best possible prices - Establishment and execution of market objectives and strategy relating to customer segmentation, market penetration, competitive analysis, and market share analysis - Briefing the advertising agencies on the USP &amp; positioning of the brand, along with the different tools to be used. - Initiating activities like Road Shows, organize events &amp; campaigns, pre-launches &amp; PR activities. - Initiate new &amp; innovative marketing activities - Should be able to calculate ROI - Periodically auditing marketing and communication materials, signages for compliance with brand standards - Creating and maintaining standard organization/institution wide communications like corporate presentations, etc - Ensure appropriate usage of brand logos &amp; pictorial representation by creative agencies and other third parties. - Ensuring Brand standardization/normalization across all locations - adherence to quality norms. - Facilitate the development of strong &amp; effective content for all our internal &amp; external communications &amp; marketing exercises. - Ensure the usage of appropriate channels to communicate it to the target audience at the right time. - Facilitate the designing of the appropriate communication tools &amp; layout in sync with the brand positioning strategy of the organization.
