AGM/DGM - Billing Contracts - Hydro Power Dam & Tunnel Projects

- To be responsible for end-to-end execution of all multi-dimensional portfolio of assigned projects.

- The position is assignment is for a Hydro Power Projects Dam & Tunnels

- Must have experience in handling contracts & must have work on sites is must

- To manage oversee all project related activities like scheduling, monitoring controlling, including project cost estimation value engineering as appropriately required.

- To schedule the project in logical steps within time-frame cost requirements to meet deadlines which include pre-launch procedures systems and the handing over of the assigned project.

- To develop administer project budgets fiscal controls, contracts and control provisions.

- To ensure proper finishing implementation of all service activities like HVAC, to adopt Quality Management principles Safety practices.

- To review interpret proposed designs, architectural drawings building specifications.

- To certify all bills and payments for concerned projects.

- To monitor and standardize specifications on site.

- To conduct fortnightly meetings at site with architects, structural consultants and service consultants & top management etc...

- To prepare keep a track of the ISO checklist, bar charts, progress reviews, safety meetings, contractors and consultant meetings, stock and store registers.

- To be responsible for monitoring safety Quality aspects.

- To keep track of construction activities to ensure completion of project on time, cost and quality.

- To prepare construction schedule and monitoring.

- To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

- To prepare MIS Report on month on month basis.

QUALIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE:

B.E. (Civil) with 15- 25 years of relevant experience

CANDIDATE SPECIFICS:

1. Knowledge of costing, estimation, good knowledge of rates prevailing in the market.

2. Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skills
