AGM/DGM - Banking Finance - Manufacturing

1. Liaisoning with the banks for the smooth performance of day to day banking operations and ensuring the optimum utilization of non-fund based limits.

2. Monitoring and design SOPs to control trade finance activities in line with FEMA compliances.

3. Interact with Government & enforcement agencies for trade activities mainly for export matters.

4. Arrangement of finance for Short term & prepare and analysis of financial models.

5. Negotiation with the banks for the arrangement of discounting of export and domestic sale bills, buyer credit for import transactions.

6. Responsible for controlling and monitoring the compliance of RBI/FEMA guidelines relating to the trade transactions of the Company.

7. Controlling over the daily cash flow statement with an overall object of monitoring the payments and utilisation of limits as per approved budget.

8. Controlling & monitoring L/C /import payments on due date and all e- payments towards government dues.

9. Preparation and Finalization of Cash Flow statement as per AS-3 Cash Flow Statement.

10. Monthly Supervision of Bank Reconciliation.

11. Interact with the auditors including the auditors nominated & appointed by the consortium bankers- i.e. stock audit, concurrent audit.

12. Negotiating with banks for rate of interest & charges on various transactions.

13. Control on deviation of actual fund flow from the budget.
