Position: AGM/DGM- Accounts & MIS (Overseas Business)
Job Location: Delhi
Key responsibilities of this position:
- Review and finalisation of Monthly MIS (For Overseas Group Entities).
- Preparation & tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports.
- Coordination with foreign subsidiaries and consolidation of various reports.
- Profitability analysis at subsidiaries level.
- Adding Various Synergies in the business.
- Functional Integration with newly acquired entity.
Traveling - Needs to be flexible with overseas traveling (avg. 8-10 days in a month).Due to Covid protocol for 6 months - year travel is restricted.
Required details In a candidate:
1. CA mandatory
2. Should have minimum 8-12 years of experience (Post CA Final) into Financial Reporting / Accounting MIS role in Manufacturing industry (Should have exposure dealing with overseas business)
5. Male or Female both can apply
6. English communication should be excellent
7. SAP Exposure is mandatory
