AGM - Delivery/P&L - Restaurant Business - IIT

Job Description :

- Drive Aggressive growth in Delivery Business

- Overdrive and oversee the direct to consumer online business

- Work with third party platforms, leveraging the budget framework and KPIs as a channel to drive business and customer satisfaction

- Set up and Monitor KPIs with channel partners

- Drive the development of Social Media Tactics as a channel strategy

- Understanding and ownership of P&L

- Data Analytics

- Work and co ordinate with the Marketing team for Digital Content, Social Media, CRM, Digital Media Execution

- Fulfillment Operations

Requirements :

- Candidate must be an Engineer from IIT ( Delhi, Mumbai, Kharagpur, Roorkee and Madras)

- Sales / PNL experience of 5 to 7 years post qualification is a must.

- Startup experience is a must.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strategic thinker, innovative, creative and willing to take appropriate risk
