Position Title: AGM/ GM Consumer Experience and Insights Reports To: Marketing Director- Asia Pacific Position based in: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Manage the consumer research activities for the Region. - Build a culture of insights where consumer insights are considered as essential part of solution design &amp; would ultimately lead to an enhanced experience &amp; satisfaction levels. - Identify Opportunities to create value for our targeted client organizations based on an understanding of their consumers and Internal &amp; External information on market( primary &amp; secondary research. - Explore the different consumer interfaces and look at avenues for enhancing consumer experience. - Manage the Consumer experience framework - Integrate Consumer experience into the services - Work with BD, Ops and Offer development teams to integrate Consumer insights and Consumer Experience for existing clients or prospects, leading to increased satisfaction and engagement. - Develop an understanding of consumer needs in order to identify the opportunities to create value for/ improve the Quality of life of individuals living in our targeted Client Organizations based on internal &amp; external data. - Define regional frameworks for consumer surveys-both strategic(long term development inputs) &amp; tactical (daily feedback). - Work with the Country marketing teams for guidance on research alignment with segment strategy. - With support from the Operations teams aim to deliver a unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life. Candidate Profile: - Post graduate degree preferred - 8 to 10 years experience in managing Consumer experience and Insights - Worked on Design thinking approaches or similar - Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work well with autonomy. - Ability to interface with the clients at all levels of seniority. - Good communication skills-both verbal &amp; written. - Ability to work in a collaborative way. - Have a creative mind and be able to think of different innovative concepts. - Great presentation skills and ability to conduct engagement sessions with Clients and their employees - Should have good commercial sense and be able to understand the impact of marketing and consumer insights on business outcomes.
