AGM - Corporate Sales - Training/Education (8-15 yrs)
We are hiring for our client- a leading training company.
- To ensure growth in business by seeking new business opportunities in line with Company plans. Incumbent is expected to grow the business manifold in the coming times
- Continue to build and implement a detailed Business Plan and Strategy
- To lead the set of accounts that he/she is driving
- Ensure training is done as per guidelines and quality to ensure commitments to customers are met
- Ensure all projects - new and old ones are completed as per work order
- To develop operational strength and ensure processes are standardized
- Build maintain top level Industry relationships.
- Analyze and resolve problematic situations by providing solutions to ensure company's survival and growth.
- Proven experience in Business Development and client development & management, preferably from the same industry or education training environment or from Solution Selling/Concept Selling background
- A healthy mix of hunting and farming skills(hunting new business is top priority)
- Experience in developing and implementing profitable sales strategies
- Strong skills in Project Management
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as sales, service etc.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- An entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding organizational skills
