Graduate/ post Graduate

- 5+ years of experience with min 1 year of association with e-tail/ e-Commerce logistics industry

- Previous team management experience

- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power point

- B.Tech Previous experience of developing/Working on dashboards (power BI/ Kibana etc.)

- Working knowledge of SQL Ideal candidate would have a good mix of Operational exposure and Data Driven approach to solve real life business problems. Should be articulate to front face with the key clients

JOB PURPOSE:

1. Custodian of Organizational Matrices-Lead a team to monitor and control the performance of the Top Shippers on the Network.

2. Change Leader- Identify Operation/System gaps & inefficiency and provide meaningful insights to Stakeholders to influence business outcome

Head - Control Tower

DIRECT REPORTS :4-6

About Control Tower:

The Control Tower team is a team monitoring the operational performance 24X7, coordinating with our operational ground teams, identifying and proactively rectifying exceptions and conducting root-cause analysis on breaches.
