AGM - Company Secretary/Legal - Manufacturing

Our client is into leading manufacturing with a turnover of more than Rs.2000 Crores headquartered at Chennai.

Looking for a Senior professional in Company Secretary.

Position : AGM - Company Secretary (Legal Cum Secretarial)

Qualification : Company Secretary (Additional Degree in Law will be preferred)

Location : Chennai (Corporate Office)

Job Role :

- You should be a qualified Company Secretary.

- Additional Degree in Law will be preferred

- You should have minimum 10 - 15 years in a large business conglomerate of which atleast 5-7 years in a leadership role

- You should have worked in a listed Company and should be well versed with SEBI requirements/Public Issue

- Proficient in Company Law & Listing Compliance's

- Good in DOCUMENTATION and you should posses excellent communication, interpersonal and Team Management Skills, Willingness to Travel

- Fluency in spoken Hindi will be an added advantage.
