Job Description The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Handling all commercial operations for Raipur Branch

2. Partnering the sales teams to reach their sales objectives by enhancing customer satisfaction in the spheres of order booking, warehousing & distribution and sales & accounting

3. Budgeting, implementation and controlling of operational expenses and capital expenditure.

4. Reviewing critical areas of compliances & control and governance. Ensuring statutory compliances.

5. Ensuring that all commercial & legal issues are attended

6. Supply Chain Management:

(a) Implementation of efficient cost control strategies

(b) Proper accounting & disposal of damaged stock

(c) reduction of order-to-dispatch time

(d) billing of challans, daily PIC, etc.

7. Ensuring customer focus by immediate redressal of customer and dealer grievances and complaints

8. Improving manpower productivity, development of employees in the branch through adequate orientation and subsequent training, maintaining motivation and morale of the branch employees through the R&R scheme, arranging staff get-togethers and other gatherings. Ensuring that performance appraisal is carried out in true spirit and also ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

9. Ensuring 'Zero accidents' in branch premises. Carrying out hazard and risk assessment at branches through inspection and audit, and develop a safety culture amongst all employees of branch.

10. Providing timely and accurate MIS reports, as per service level agreements. Ensuring adequate training to branch employees on BAAN and OLAP. Upkeep of company premises through proper agreements, infrastructure etc.

11. Taking at least one new initiative per quarter, bringing in newness and smarter ways of working.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Qualification- Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Qualification - Post Graduate Qualification in Management (Operations / Systems)

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE

Essential Experience - 7 years of work experience of which 3 years of work experience in a branch
