AGM Marketing - Business Head
- Managing a set of large corporate clients offering them comprehensive range of Specialty Chemicals and achieving the annual target.
- Develop and drive growth strategy for Specialty Chemicals in new spaces after identifying or sensing viable opportunities through market mapping, demand analysis, scale margins, pricing, etc.
- The BUH is expected to be capable and confident to regularly interact with senior management teams of large corporations and provide them with solutions of required expectations, status updates, as well as work towards growth plan and client satisfaction.
- Being proactive in understanding the client's needs and requirements and suggest workable solutions
- Generate leads through interacting with existing clients.
- BUH is expected to manage all aspects of business with their set of clients and resolve issues effectively to ensure a healthy and growing relationship.
- Closely work with the marketing team for executing smooth and effective marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other BU Heads to drive opportunities of growth and explore the full potential of Company's offerings.
- Regularly update internal lead management with the status of leads and development.
- Focus on execution excellence to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders, queries, issues, etc.
- Review and improve internal processes to keep enhancing efficiencies, team learning for customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events like conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc. to represent and pitch co's solutions.
- This will be an individual role reporting to the Vice President.
