Job Position :

- To spearhead the Business Excellence initiative for achieving and sustaining outstanding levels of performance that meet or exceed expectations of all stakeholders

- Recommend best model for Business Excellence as suited to organisation

- Lead and deploy Business Excellence best practices ; jointly work with function heads in identification of strategic initiatives and monitor their execution

- Alignment of organizational metrics to Excellence frameworks.

- Implement strong governance to ensure deployment of Operations Quality and Improvement initiatives.

- Facilitate use of Quality and Data analysis methodologies to identify projects related to process variation, defect and rework generation, and improve manufacturing processes Facilitate planning and execution of improvement projects - Kaizen, CAPA, Lean, Six sigma etc.

- Lead best practice sharing and proactively manage escalations
