AGM - Banking & Regulatory - Infrastructure/Real Estate (10-16 yrs)
AGM- Banking & Regulatory - Infrastructure
Lead the Commercial Regulatory, Banking, MIS and Receivables related activity towards achieving overall organizational efficiency in order to :
- Minimize cost of borrowings
- Financial Modelling & Capital Structure
- maximize tariff
- improve liquidity
- improve operational efficiency by preparing & monitoring a detailed Annual Operating Plan
- maintain banking relationship & networking
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Exploring avenues to reduce the interest costs :
- To explore Additional funding & new financing ways for the Company for reduction in interest cost.
- Financial Modelling for new financing initiatives & existing financing arrangements
2. Tariff Determination :
- To provide all the data for the tariff determination process for filing with regulator.
- Preparing and submitting Multi Year Tariff Proposal (MYTP) to the regulator adhering to regulatory framework and objectives also managing approval/determination of tariff from regulator
- Identify areas from the CA which can be used to optimize tariff
- Support to legal team for various regulatory issues that which are sub judice
3. Improve liquidity :
- Effectively Monitor and reporting of receivables
- Follow-up with commercial team and customer for early payment against invoices
4. Management Reporting :
- Improve operational efficiency by preparing a detailed Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Support accounts team in closing the accounts books on time
- Prepare, compare (with AOP),analyze and report monthly financials figures in detail to Internal and External stakeholders
5. Credit Rating :
- Interact with international and domestic rating agencies
- Share business plan and explain the various risk and mitigation strategies
- Ensure that the ratings are sustained and not subject to variation
- Obtain limit rating and advance ratings
Qualifications : CA or MBA Finance with Engineering having 10 plus years of experience
Must to have :
- Project Financing Experience of about 400 crores plus
- Managing Consortium of Lenders
- Ability to deal with Regulators eg. TRAI, CERC etc.
- Expertise in Financial Modelling
