Location: Mumbai / Kolkata (preferred) but open to pan India locations
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead or execute business consulting projects
- Conduct discovery or design thinking workshops, capture & document business processes using BPM tools
- Collect information of the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, process mining, etc.)
- Benchmark process maturity
- Identify improvement opportunities & provide a transformation roadmap using appropriate solution levers
- Support pre-sales activities and integrate the BPM consulting methodology in RFX responses
Skill and Requirement
- Professional qualification ( MBA / Engineer / MCA, etc.) ; can be waived for exceptional candidates withstrong domain experience
- Ports & Shipping processes - Experience in Quote to Book, Operations, Revenue Management, etc will be preferred
- Deep industry knowledge, proven consulting experience in respective domains / experience in working with similar industry in India / abroad combined with outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, strategic, and tactical thinking
- Articulation of business value generated by the project, identifying key business metrics, comparing with baseline, creating success stories, etc.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Hands on knowledge of at least one process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma, etc.
- Good functional knowledge of IT applications/Robotic Automation tools and experience in process mapping / modelling using BPMN notations in any BPM tools (e.g. ARIS, Signavio, IBM Blueworks, Metastorm Provision, MS Visio, etc.) will be an added advantage
