AGM - Accounts & Finance - CA - Manufacturing (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a listed manufacturing company with a turnover of over Rs.7000 crores with many manufacturing plants across Andhra and Telangana.
Our client is looking for AGM Accounts and finance to handle the operations of 4 plants. Looking for a Chartered Accountant working for a Listed manufacturing company. Two mandatory things, must have worked for Listed company and must have complied with listing requirements and manufacturing experience.
Other major activities include :
- Handling the direct and indirect taxation
- Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all accounting & auditing activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, asset management, compliance, handling statutory audit & internal audit etc
- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts. Evaluation of capex proposals, pay back, IRR etc., and advice Management.
- Business Knowledge, Personal Credibility, Execution Excellence, Service Orientation, Strategic Thinking & Alignment, Change Orientation, Net Working Business knowledge, F&A sub functions, Talent Management, Training & Development, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Customs, Team Leader, Strategic Thinker etc.
KEY INTERFACES OF THIS ROLE :
- Supervising and ensuring correctness of statutory books of accounts, fixed asset register, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time/accuracy norms with help of shared services center
- Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, forecast and advice to management
- Preparation and finalization of quarterly / annual financials as per listing clause and responsible for completing audit of both internal, statutory
- Preparation of various periodical MIS for the Company and also monitoring Internal Financial Controls of the Company
- Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
- Conceptual knowedge of Accounting Standards IND GAAP/ IndAS and F&A activities in SAP
