We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant based out of our Chennai office to consult and support our Sales and Account teams in the Business Development process. Job Description: - Work closely with clients, sales and account management teams on the following: - Ensure Customer needs are properly understood and addressed - Develop the right solution pitch and map key value proposition with Client's business by working with Solution Architects and conducting appropriate market research on Client, functional and technical areas - Co-ordinate Demos / Proof of Concepts (POCs) - Develop and structure RFx response with appropriate win themes devised from sales insights - Create project kick off contractual documents such a statement of work (SOW), project estimation and plan by working closely with the Sales team, Project manager and Solution Architects - Be a Subject Matter Expertise for support during meetings and technical discussions - Enable Practice Head / Cloud Solution Architects to strengthen Centre of Excellence (COE) and develop competencies - Develop and maintain a repository of case studies, capabilities and service offerings, RFP responses, blogs, thought leaderships and point of views - Set-up standardised processes, tools and frameworks to reduce RFx response turnaround time Required Skills &amp; Experience: - Excellent proposal writing skills - word document and PowerPoint presentations - Strong consultative selling acumen and demonstrated success in prior roles - High attention to detail. Ability to identify key issues and barriers to success, then resolve them - Prior experience and exposure to Presales cycle and bid management process - Good understanding of broader IT concepts mainly Big Data and Analytics on Cloud (preferable AWS) and on industry trends, use cases and challenges - Proven ability to learn quickly on the job and adapt to rapid changes in the market - Strong knowledge of agile IT project delivery process - Experience of managing team of 2-5 Presales professionals - Hire and build a solid team of Presales professionals - Good at number crunching and analysis - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Good understanding of Digital Marketing - Ability to articulate business information and sell value proposition to varied audiences (business users, technology architects, delivery managers, business leaders) - Graduate / Post Graduate with 5-12 years of experience in Pre-sales and Business Development preferably in IT Services background and catering to US clients
