Job Description:
- Interest in / Understanding of customer industry including technology aspects Customer Research and Competitor Analysis
- Top notch PowerPoint Presentation skills ideation, conceptualization, design, creation
- Creating relevant and effective storyline for customer Presentations, sales pitches
- Ability to train and work with designers and junior Pre-Sales Team members to prepare PowerPoint presentations, sales pitches Good understanding of Cloud Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Web App Development, DevOps and Product & Solution Development
- Ability to research and stay on top of industry developments
- Ability to interact and communicate with Customer Leadership from Tech Architect & Project Manager to C -Level Employees. Excellent Influencing and Negotiation skills
- Proposal Management (RFP, RFI Lifecycle) - Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
- Good understanding of Costs, Revenue and Profitability ability to come up with strategies to tailor sales pitches to maximize Revenue and Profitability
- Creating winning Strategies for Bids
- Ability to mentor sales team members in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
