Our client is one of the world's largest independent Quality Assurance Providers, headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India. With 2000+ expert professionals spread across 25+ countries in APAC & Japan, EMEA, Eastern Africa, and India regions.

Our client is hiring "Agile Test Manager - Banking Domain"

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 10 yrs to 16 yrs

Notice Period Should be - Max 30 days

Must have experience in PROJECT MANAGEMENT + AUTOMATION + BANKING DOMAIN

He/She should have worked on BFSI customers in a stint

Communication Skills should be excellent.

Prior Experience, Certification & Education

- 2+years of experience in managing QA of AGILE projects

- 10+ years of Test Management experience

- Should be Scrum Certified from Reputed organization

- BE, M.Sc., MBA Systems from reputed institutes

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Manage the end to end QA in AGILE/ DevOps SDLC

- Take ownership of test strategy and planning, are accountable for your own progress, and responsible for accurately reporting to your team.

- Should be extremely familiar with the AGILE SDLC processes, methodology, and working experience of leading QA teams successfully in AGILE projects

- Able to engage the customers in setting of effective AGILE QA process, methodology, workflows, metrics, and reporting.

- Ability to lead the daily scrum meetings and should be able to effectively drive the objectivity of Quality during these meetings

- Facilitation of inter-team communication across many agile projects within the organization

- presenting an aggregate view of testing utilization to high-level management

- Personal support, mentoring, and professional development for testers. Should be able to drive the growth of testers, sitting down with staff members regularly to review career goals, and making sure progress is being made.

- Being an escalation point for testers

- budgeting or forecasting for testing as a service dependent on organizational processes

- It is critical that agile practices, tools, and approaches a team finds useful are shared across the organization. Forming a center of excellence that works to share knowledge, introduce new technology, and give testers a place to grow works well in agile should be an inherent role of an AGILE TM.

- Finally, testing needs advocates to make sure senior management understands the importance of testing in software development and delivery. He/ She should be those advocates, aggregating team quality metrics, educating leadership on the role of testers on agile teams, and managing test tools, training, and budgets.
