Big 4 is hiring for Scrum Master / Delivery Manager role for Pune location on contractual basis

1. Lead multiple globally distributed squads in the trading and financial services industry, specializing in data projects.

2. Drive teams to achieve results and meet project timelines, focusing on data management, governance, and analytics.

3. Maintain a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and effective communication in a data-driven environment.

4. Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, tracking progress, and managing user stories and issues related to data projects.

5. Apply technical know-how in cloud, SQL, and Java to support development and operations in data-intensive domains.

6. Track metrics specific to data projects to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Coach and mentor team members with expertise in data management, governance, visualisation, modelling, and analytics.

8. Ensure the quality and completeness of user stories, managing bugs and defects triage within data projects.

9. Run daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies tailored to the needs of data-driven initiatives.

10. Use techniques for team collaboration, representing the team in Scrum of Scrum meetings involving data stakeholders.

11. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, automation testers, and other teams involved in data projects.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master/Delivery Manager, leading multiple squads in the trading and financial services industry with a focus on data projects.

3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of data management, governance, and analytics.

4. Experience working in globally distributed teams, managing remote team members in data-intensive domains.

5. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar project management tools, tailored to the needs of data projects.

6. Technical expertise in cloud, SQL, and Java, with a focus on their application in data-driven initiatives.

7. Track record of tracking metrics specific to data projects, driving team performance in this domain.

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a deep understanding of the trading and financial services environment in relation to data projects.

9. Ability to manage user stories, bugs, and project timelines within the context of data-driven initiatives.

10. Familiarity with team collaboration techniques and Agile ceremonies suited for data projects.
