To make the Agile/Digital aspects more measurable we work with assessments to determine the strengths and improvement areas in an organization. To create and maintain these assessments we are looking for a Psychometric Assessment Designer / Consultant

About The Role:

The role plays an important part in creating and maintaining assessments in the Agile/Digital topics. The role will help to develop and assess organizations better through standard and customized Psychometric Assessments and Behavioural Assessments. These assessments will evaluate organizations- competences and empower them to choose the right areas of growth for them.

Roles and responsibilities

1) Develop and maintain standard and customizable Psychometric Assessments (offline and online) on multiple pillars of Agility/Digitization.

2) Applying a variety of research techniques to gather relevant information, including document analysis, surveys, case studies and interviews.

3) Designing Psychometric and Behavioral tests that collect empirical data and quantify organizational traits of organizations, and comparing those results across a large benchmark database.

4) Maintain and improve the organization assessment Framework across multiple parameters.

5) Design the organization assessment questionnaire format and logic to help measure growth potential.

6) Develop the offline and online assessments through an algorithm that supports organizational diversity.

7) Devise tests with multiple-choice questions, true or false statements and situational items.

8) Conduct the reliability and validity tests to ensure tool integrity.

9) Design the Organization report structure and template, including content development.

10) Preparing and reporting findings and disseminate results to organizations, both orally, and in writing, and train the Agile Cockpit consultants world wide to do so too. Offering research-based briefings and advice, which may involve writing action plans.

11) Administering tests, analysing the results and confer with clients on the implications of the data.

12 Individual Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile leadership reports to be generated and conducting workshops for the same.

13) Training of consultants for interpretation of results of individual students.

Background and Educational Requirements:

1) Ph.D/MA - Psychology.

2) Experience in designing Psychometric Assessment Tool is must.

3) 5 - 10 Years of work experience in Psychometrics field.

4) Excellent Statistical and Analytical Skills.

5) Candidates from Education Industry preferred.

6) Analytical thinker. Thorough researcher with high attention to detail.

Job Location: Gurgaon.
