Agile Coach - IT (7-10 yrs)
Job Description-
- Must have 7-10 years of total IT experience, preferably worked in diverse domains and locations.
- Must have 3+ years of Agile coaching experience. Very strong in Agile, Scrum. Also preferably experienced or aware of Kanban, SAFe, XP etc.
- Should have done coding and/or testing prior to becoming an Agile coach/Scrum Master.
- Exposure to Development/Engineering/DevOps practices Like TDD, BDD, CI, Continuous Deployment.
- Should have worked as consultants at client locations, interacted with customers, build relationships than just being transactional.
- Good to have industry standard Agile certifications such as CSM or ACP or Leading SAFe 4.0.
- Should be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Should have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), also good negotiation, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT management.
- Flexible to travel within India
