We have a Senior opportunity for Agile Coach with one of our client for Bangalore/Mumbai location.
Job Description:
- Overall 12+ years of Industry experience and 4+ years in Scaled Agile
- Has played the role of an Agile Coach or Agile Transformation lead
- Should have previous experiences tied to IT Industry and well versed with the nuances of distributed delivery
- Should be able to perform Agile assessments, perform Value Stream Gap Analysis, drive first time implementation of agile adoption
- Ability to coach Leaders and improve teams in there agile ways of working
- Experience in enterprise agile transformation
- Good English Communications, attention to detail, an able teacher with Executive presence
