Role: Agile Coach

Exp: 11+ yrs

Location : Pune/ Bangalore

- Core Expertise :Agile thought leadership 

- Expose our technology and service delivery teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas on agility in technology and customer experience areas

- Conceptualize, agree and rollout agile transformation initiatives

- Provide coaching and training to technology product development teams, service delivery teams and business leaders globally.

- Experience in technology and product management - Agile Product Delivery covering Development, Testing and Release Management

- Good exposure to Product Management, cost estimation and product budgeting will be an added advantage

- 3+ years of agile coaching and transformation experience in a reputed technology organization (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, Continuous quality, TDD, BDD, LeSS, SAFe and DevOps)

- Rollout and implementation experience on emerging methods such as VSM, Design Thinking, Lean UX, Lean Budgeting in product technology organization
