Must-Have: Agile, Scrum Methodology
Requirements :
- Experience: 5-15 years (Minimum 5 Years on Agile frameworks)
- Good understanding of Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other scaled agile frameworks).
- Consulting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Training skills
- Should be able to fulfill the role of a scrum master, product owner, agile coach or agile transformation lead as required
- CMMI experience (Specifically on V2.0) is preferred
- Should be able to understand Quality Management frameworks in various business domains
- Preferred exposure to BFSI, IT, ITES, Telecom, OGL, Manufacturing / Pharma\ industries
- Business Development skills
Certificates
Mandatory: Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner
Preferred: Any other Agile certifications (particularly SAFe certifications) and CMMI certifications.
