Agency Manager - Sales - BFS (3-7 yrs)
The incumbent will be a part of central account team of Agency and facilitate channel growth by providing support in form of analytics and strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for :
- Evaluating opportunities to maximize volume and value growth for the channel.
- Ongoing monitoring and review against plan and take appropriate course correction and work on the Key result areas of the channel.
- Provide appropriate specific inputs to VP/Sr. VP Agency on best practice across the industry.
- Contribute to organizational understanding of product and industry dynamics.
- Projects to drive best practices, persistency and quality of sales.
- Relationship/market share competition analysis work.
