Key Responsibilities :

Monitor & support execution of projects/initiatives under the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (SCA) between Federal Bank & Ageas, besides projects initiated by Ageas HO/RO :

- Participate in/manage/lead the SCA related projects and Impact24 (Ageas) related ones

- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of the projects internally

- Secretarial role for monthly review meetings with Federal Bank on SCA projects

Support in strategy related activities :

- Identify/monitor important trends in the market and assess implications/ opportunities for AFLI

- Access impact of proposed new laws and regulations on the strategies of the company

- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations as per requirements of AFLI, Ageas, Federal Bank which includes supporting Ageass strategic planning cycle

- Participate is relevant Ageas communities and facilitate sharing of best practices

- Monitor developments at Federal Bank, from a shareholder perspective.

- Market research as per strategy requirements

- Support in preparing and improving the Business Intelligence reports

- Engage with knowledge consultants on business intelligence research and analysis

- Help in preparation of quarterly and monthly business intelligence reports, especially wrt. Qualitative inputs.

- Research, monitor and report on important news coverage regarding financial services sectors, FinTech, Federal Bank, etc.

Candidate Requirement :

- University qualification

- Proven track record and minimum of 7+ years of work experience in strategy/planning/project management/distribution or other relevant positions

- Ability to work with senior executives

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mind set
