Ageas Federal - Assistant Manager/Manager - Content Designer (3-5 yrs)
Designation - AM/Manager - Content Designer
Experience - 3 to 5 years (At a Level 3 OR Level 4 In Authoring tools like Articulate OR Captivate and Vyond)
Location - Mumbai HO (Lower Parel)
Job Purpose: Execution of Content design for E-learning, ILT and VILT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute content design for E-learning, ILT & VILT.
- Create content in accordance with the story board.
- Ensure process adherence.
- Adhere to project related standards and guidelines.
- Liaison with Content Leads to create Learning Curriculums.
- Maintain Project documentation and course folder.
Functional Competencies:
- Content Development & Quality Assurance
- Hands on experience in authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, etc.
- Can create/edit audio, video, simulations, etc.
- Acquires and applies new technology skills to design practice.
- Strong understanding of E Learning Tech
- Innovation & Research Acumen
Experience: Hands-on experience in authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, etc.
Preferred Qualification: Certifications in Authoring Tools
