Primarily Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Works with Indian Business Leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to achieve Functional and Operational HR alignment. - Supports Business leaders on a variety of HR needs, including recruitment, policies and processes, performance management, training and development and other needs as identified by the business - Facilitates problem solving and conflict resolution on a wide variety of issues and escalates for additional support as needed. Recommends and implements solutions to achieve fair and equitable results. - Works closely with finance departments in running payroll for Black Box in India - Manages relationships with the payroll provider with focus on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports; data validation and resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines. - Ensures management is aware of Company policies and guidelines, as well as local laws and regulations, when making decisions that impact team members. - Consults with managers and senior level HR to review/develop compensation recommendations and identifies potential problems. - Coordinates closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in human resources programs and processes. Responsible for contributing to the overall establishment of human resources objectives and strategies as needed. May serve on company- wide task forces to develop new, or restructure existing, human resources programs and processes. - Proactively manages recruitment process. Including operational activities such as posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidate - Administers the on-boarding process including pre- employment screening, background investigation, benefit plan overview, payroll documents, and offer letter and policy distribution. - Meet required statutory compliance on an ongoing basis. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities - Must have strong work ethics, be well organized and a self- starter - Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, organized and accurate - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization - Fluency in English both orally and in writing, any other language would be of an advantage. - Able to cope with working in a fast- paced international environment. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities and environment - Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges - Ability to execute, and proactively follow up, strong decision making skills - Capability to strategize and at the same time work as an individual contributor Education/Experience Requirements - 8+ years related experience in an International (India) HR environment - Experience in Talent Acquisition, Comp &amp; Benefits, Training &amp; Development, Employee Relations &amp; Administration is essential - Graduation &amp; Post Graduation in Human Resource - Preferably knowledge of ADP and Oracle This role is based in Bangalore, India, and reports to Global Chief People Officer based in Mumbai, India &amp; HR Director International based in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The HR Business Leader India will provide tactical and operational Human Resources support to Black Box Business in India.
