Requirement Gathering, Customer Consulting, End to end RFP response, Customer presentations on Avaya Call center Solutions & value Added applications. Knowledge of IVR, CTI, RDBMS, Speech Technologies, Automation, Chatbot, BI

Job Description:

- Assists in sales efforts from a technical/software development perspective

- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation

- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to clients

- Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater re-usability, and / or longer life

- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

- Manages client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects

- Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions

- Part of the Professional Services, Business Analysis and Business Development team to provide the technical overview and suggestions help in preparing the SOW document; project plans, project binders and other project related documents on value added services and speech technologies

- Preparing presentations and explaining solution and architecture design to the client by going onsite and remotely

- Prepare the resource effort estimation, appropriate resource planning & team selection with Program Manager

- To gather the technical requirements in initial stages from the client and prepare the proper project documentation

- Identifying and forecasting the project complexities, customer pain area and providing solutions upfront to overcome and solve them to achieve higher customer satisfaction level

- Closely work with Clients technical resources, Internal Program Managers, Internal Solution Architects from the beginning till the completion of the project

- Design the application and ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the proposed solution

- Explain the design to the development team and help them setting up the development and testing environments in the Labs

- Guide the team for the software application development according to the requirements from the clients of different domains like Banking & finance, Telecommunication, health care, hospitality industry, tours and travels, etc.
