Business Development:

- Oversee and manage large new accounts Development

- Develop Cross Sell & Up Sell Opportunities in Existing Client

- Gain Market Intelligence to determine business directions for the organization

- Understand our market positioning and competition strengths and weaknesses

- Should have expertise in Telephony (Voice & Call Centers), Audio/Video conferencing, Data security & storage and Data Networking

- Need to have Domain exposure to BFSI, Hospitality, Manufacturing, IT and BPO environment

Sales Target Achievement :

- Responsible for achieving yearly assigned Sales Order Book & Revenue Target

- Focus on working with all Business Partners to achieve assigned Sales Target

- Support for regular pipeline reviews

Team Building:

- Guidance to team members for achieving their overall Targets

- Managing Team Targets & Performance

- Mentoring at least one person in the team for taking additional responsibilities

P&L Management:

- Drive Profitable Deals to ensure business stability & growth

- Manage margins & sourcing costs from Business Partners
