Agatsa - Senior Manager/Manager - Sales (5-8 yrs)

Searching for new member for our team for healthcare industry.

Role and Responsibility :

- Driving sales and generating high revenue for the company

- Make visits and promote medical devices (ECG), Lead Generation, Lead follow-up, Calling /Emailing/ social sites and creating market awareness

- Target customer list would include (but not be limited to) doctors, but also hospitals, nursing/maternity, homes, diagnostics and imaging, centers, pathology labs, government and private home healthcare institutions.

- Analyzing market, discovering new potential areas and building strategies to run sales for the identified prospective areas, giving presentation, demonstration and proposal for the concept to the prospective clients

- Handling a team of 5-6 people, allocating them targets, mentoring them, train as and when required, boosting their confidence and morale to motivate them towards achieving the high sales targets

- Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales performance targets

- Execute all promotional activities of Company products, always ensuring adherence to company's policies and guidelines

- Handled post sales services to the existing clients and ensuring smooth customer onboarding

- Generating business from the existing accounts and keeping them satisfied by providing quality services.


- Managing sales and development activities in non performing areas, identifying the problems and finding out the solutions

- Customer Data storage & retrieval as & when required

- Reply to Request for Proposals, Tender Notices, and Price Quotations in a Timely manner.

- Submit a competitive analysis, budgeting, expected closure price and customer details in the separate customer profile document.

- Conducts market research and develops sales plans and updates periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters.

- Sales plan must be reported every quarter to management team for analysis and approval.

- To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met.

- To meet customers, get their feedback on customer feedback form and discuss the same with management.

Desired Skills :

- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in B2B sales

- Healthcare domain sales experience is must

- Should have huge network of distributors/partners in healthcare domain

- Someone who have handled PAN India sales and generated high revenues

- Start up experience is required

- Excellent communication Skills, must have handled a team before
