Job opportunity _ Aftersales/Aftermarket Services(10-15 Years) - 10-15 years of experience in a BPO/IT environment; relevant domain environment can be considered - direct aftermarket experience will definitely be a plus. - Any Bachelor's degree ; a Masters Management degree will be a bonus. - Customer / Client facing experience is a must. - Knowledge and Hands on experience on After Sales market (Returns/Reverse logistics, Claims/warranty management, Services parts management, Service contract management and associated technology). Must understand Inventory, Parts Management, Warehousing. - Track record of building Go to market plan in After Sales & Developing Solutions - Should have experience with the Fulfillment Value Chain - Experience with Global clients ; supporting Global operations - Experience in Aftermarket technologies" - Create a revenue and drive revenue growth in the engagement aftermarket space. - Business plans as required for selling aftermarket solutions in existing accounts as well as new accounts. - Improve Productivity and Margins through domain related activities ; Identify opportunities and support improvements for the space. - Transition & Transformation Coordination - SOW/Metric Determination. Support SOP creation. - Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions. - Build Service Offerings with the key technology partners and the Go To Market plan. - Reviews and guides the creation of specific RFP response - Support SD with relevant inputs. - Works with client stakeholders to manage domain delivery expectations.
