After Sales - Body & Paint Shop BD - Auto (7-10 yrs)
Body shop & painting business development
Ensure the definition of the body shop & painting organization policy of company in India,
Adapt the organization methods and standards of Company to the defined policy and the reality of the Indian network in close liaison with other dpt.,
Formalize the organization, standards, methods, tools and equipments and elaborate the corresponding deployment packages,
Follow up in cooperation with the After sales Zone Manager the implementation of the standards and the quality of the network body shop,
Ensure the quality of the body repair and painting,
Ensure a satisfactory capacity service level,
Support the relationships with the insurance companies for tied-up discussions
Background, experience:
- Similar position in car business,
- Good technical skills in body shop and painting,
- Good knowledge of workshop / business and after sales as a whole,
- Knowledge of the dealer network,
Specific Skills and knowledge:
Convincing, able to negotiate and transfer his know how, well organized, hard working,
Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
