Job Description:-

We are looking at a full stack marketer who is adept at digital channels as well as on ground activation techniques. We at AffordPlan are looking to build our Online Marketing Team. We are seeking applications from Digital Rockstars to head this function!

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive online marketing initiatives for the brand including SEO/SEM, Social Media, Remarketing, Mobile Marketing, email, Display etc.

- Developing a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.

- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including the tech and product teams, sales and operations team to drive conversion improvement tactics and deliver on brand equity.

- Plan, execute & oversee all digital marketing activities.

- Identify, plan and execute new and creative growth strategies.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Closely monitor and build year-round SEM and SMM strategy

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from Tier 1/2Business School

- 6 - 8 Years (with at least 4 years of relevant online marketing experience)

- Strong Technical & Analytical skills are a must

- Good functional understanding of and experience in managing all digital marketing channels

- Growth hacking mindset and expertise in running digital marketing experiments

- Self-motivated, Decision Maker, Passionate, Proactive Team Player for an extremely fast paced environment
