Head - Training

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire training for Corporate and feet on street teams.

- Good Understanding of Product, Sales & behavioural training.

- Responsible for designing induction training modules, content, refresher modules and periodic training cycles.

- Build function & Pan India team.

. Should have handled a team of 8-10 people.

Skills/Qualification Required:

- Full time MBA from a premier institute (Preferably) with post qualification experience of 10+ years in Training from renowned Healthcare/insurance / BFSI / FMCG.

- Familiar with traditional (training, coaching, mentoring etc) and modern training methods for sales team. (e-learning, gamification, simulations etc)

- Ability to plan, multi task and deliver projects/commitments on time

- Visits to the hospitals to ensure organizational standards are maintained.

- Mentor, Encourage & handhold the training team to develop & grow so that they are able to take higher roles and responsibilities.
