Affordplan - Head - Sales (9-12 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- B2B sales, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, Key Account, Direct Sales, Institutional Sales for Professionals/ Institutional/Hospitals tie-ups. DriveTeam of Area Head and BDMs. towards achieving business objectives

- Develop and manage the business relationships with targeted hospitals focusing on the promotion of the hospital and its services to the customer.

- Promote Afforplan to Doctors, Institutions within the assigned territory.

- Interacting with doctors and agencies to send patients to the hospital.

- Impaneling corporate to make our associated client for sending employees to hospital & Organizing and coordinating corporate health check-up camps.

- Developing business of leading hospitals through referring patients.

- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to support programs and initiatives at clinics with a specific focus on adding value in the long term.

- Leading the Business Development Vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical.

- Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the Affordplan.

- Working closely with network expansion and operations team - Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews with senior management.

Requirement:

- Proven work experience as Area Sales Manager, Territory, Zone Manager or similar senior sales role

- Total working experience in Healthcare Sales (B2B/Corporate/Enterprise)

- Minimum 9 -10 years of experience required in B2B sales, B2C (preferring Industry - BFSI Insurance/Retail & distribution/ Telecom/Consumer Durables).

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (Profit and KPIs)

- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Availability to travel as needed
