Engagement Manager - (Tier 1 Institutes only)
Job Overview:
The Engagement Manager (Pharma and Med-device companies) will be responsible for building and managing relationships with pharmaceutical, medical consumables, and medical device companies to ensure seamless collaboration and drive engagement with Affordplan's Platform.
Key Responsibilities:1. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies, ensuring long-term engagement and successful partnerships.
2. Data-Driven Account Management: Analyse manufacturer performance, develop data-backed use cases, and leverage analytics to improve engagement and transactions.
3. Onboarding & Training: Onboard and guide Pharma and Med-device companies through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Affordplan's platform and maximize its usage while maintaining high platform relevance.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team, Hospital KAMs, and other internal teams to enhance manufacturer engagement and refine platform offerings.
5. Profit & Loss Management: Work closely on month-on-month P&L at the manufacturer level, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals. (P/L - will be working closely on month-on-month P/L.)
6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, supplier challenges, and competitor strategies to strengthen manufacturer relationships.
Key Skills:
- Account Management & CXO Relationships: Strong experience in managing Pharmaceutical / Medical Consumables / Medical Device partnerships and high-level CXO relationships. Ability to build custom use cases with Pharma and Med-device companies to drive business growth and platform engagement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to track, interpret, and leverage manufacturer performance data to increase platform adoption and transactions.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address manufacturer concerns and propose strategic solutions.
- Pharma & Med-Device Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device ecosystem, including industry operations, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, ensuring a seamless manufacturer experience and platform optimization.
