AffordPlan - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts (3-5 yrs)

Job Description
1. Strong knowledge and experience in financial accounting, reporting and book-keeping.
2. Hands on experience on accounts finalization, MIS preparations and reporting.
3. Controlling function for areas like Cashflow, Receivables, Payables, Revenue Recognition.
4. Ability to assist Statutory & Tax audits, ROC compliances, balance sheet reconciliations and treasury functions.
5. In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, Labour laws for timely compliances and accurate reporting.
6. Advanced skills in MS office especially in MS Excel and Tally ERP 9/Prime.
7. Good experience with Vendor & Cash Management, Expense handling and Bank reconciliations.
8. Handling GST reconciliations, continuous review of GST input credit admissibility and filing of GST Returns - monthly and Annual Returns.
9. Oversee the TDS compliances i.e. timely & accurate payments, return filings, corrections statements and reconciliations with books and returns.
10. Acquire and possess complete knowledge of Income Tax and Indirect tax provisions applicable to the entity.
11. Provide guidance to teams on taxation updates on ongoing basis.
12. Performing test checks on financial information and systems to provide suggestions for improvement.
13. Demonstrate high capacity for work and seek continuous improvements.
14. Liaison with external tax consultants, auditors, and other agencies in compliance to audits, review, and diligence.
