Location: Bengaluru Leading Indian Bank starting Private Wealth Platform Should be managing existing Client AUM - upwards 100 crore through investment products Key Result Area - Manage (retain and enhance) the relationships of up to 75 UHNI customers, their family and business entities - Create and operationalise the plan for acquiring new-to-bank high value customer relationships. Leverage networks, partnership and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients. Interact with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities - Explore, review and fulfil the banking, financial and wealth management needs of the mapped customers - Provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires - Achieve the business plans and goals across AUM build up, revenue, profitability, new acquisition and any other specific metrics Key Relationships : Internal - All stakeholders i.e. Service team, Operations, IT, Wealth Specialists, Research, Product - Key stakeholders in other business departments and subsidiaries Competencies Required - Excellent working knowledge of financial products across different asset classes and investment concepts - Knowledge and understanding of Indian and Global financial markets and active interest in the same - Knowledge of corporate banking products and services - Strong verbal / written communication skills. Multiple languages would be an added advantage - Strong sales mindset, business acumen - High aptitude for client relationship management and business development - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence cross functional teams Academic Qualifications Required - CA / CFA / Business Management or other relevant Post Graduate degree - AMFI & IRDA certification
