Affluent Global Services - Senior Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Combining engineering leadership with people management, you will lead the charge in solving technical problems related to developer productivity and developer pipeline on local systems, large scale distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

- Provide technical leadership as well as be hands-on in architecture, design & implementation of test automation frameworks and dev-ops toolchain.

- Lead and manage our next generation SDLC platform.

- Collaborate with Core Engineering teams and provide guidance towards continuously improving agile execution mechanics and technical disciplines.

Skills Required :

- 13 to 18years of overall experience in developing, delivering large scale software applications

- Of which, at least

- 6+ years of Solid software development/programming background.

- 6+ years of management experience leading technical teams to deliver high quality and scalable products by leveraging Agile, DevOps and Cloud practices, and toolchain.
