Affluent Global Services - Engineering Manager - Poker/Casino Games Domain

Responsibilities:

- Leverage Poker domain expertise to build product portfolio as well as deliver on demanding technical/delivery challenges.

- Quickly grasp the nuances of a complex Poker gaming ecosystem while dishing out ideas to power it to the next level of features and performance

- Lead from front - the requirement analysis, design, implementation and deployment of Poker features across multiple brands/geographies.

- Manage the quality metrics of all delivery packages at a high level and ensure prompt resolution of Production incidents to manage player expectations

- Present to Senior Technocrats the Product Roadmap, Delivery Plan and Quality Dashboards covering all teams in the Poker Organization

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of direct involvement with a Poker related product/domain at a very fundamental level

- 8+ years of proven development and delivery experience, with enterprise level IT projects

- Ability to visualize and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) and dashboards that can be used to reflect the technical/product design and delivery health

- Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization

- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
