Affluent Global Services - Director - Principal Business Analyst - AML & Financial Crime Team

We are looking for a Principal Business Analyst with 15+ years of industry experience and 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Anti Money Laundering & Financial Crime, specialization in building of solutions to prevent money laundering, CFT and Financial crimes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conceptualizing & implementing solutions related to Financial Crime and AML.

- Strong experience into Fraud Investigation, Anti Money Laundering, Customer Due Diligence Advisory, Sanctions, Transaction Analysis & Monitoring and related compliance & regulations.

- Ability to deliver data driven solutions in Financial Crime businesses

- Expert in AML - Transaction filtering, monitoring, client screening, sanctions, subject access request, reconciliations and investigation, systems management and customer due diligence.

- Responsible for driving data driven approach through innovative methods. Working towards our team to be the centre of excellence for delivering AML and Financial Crime handling solutions.

- Maintain an industry leading knowledge of the tools, systems and processes, available for best in class AML Detection and Monitoring Operations.

- Have proven record of being delivered solutions around AML and Financial Crime to the business lines.

- Extensive experience in assessment and testing of the compliance policies, procedures and processes, in addition to knowledge of complex criminal investigations to prevent the finance of terrorist groups and illicit transfer of funds though financial markets.

- Expert in customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), transaction surveillance (SARs), fraud investigations, AML lookbacks, AML System Tuning and Calibration, and other financial regulatory matters
