Position Overview  Affle is a Singapore headquartered - Mobile Audience Intelligence and Analytics- platform company with significant business presence across Asian markets. Affle has a 250+ member team across its multiple global offices with India being the global technology hub.  We are looking for someone to lead our marketing team and having a solid digital marketing background is a key requirement for the same.The ideal candidate should be a motivated, team player with a deep desire to work in a high-energy environment. This person will strategize, plan and help execute our marketing goals to meet the business objectives.  Responsibilities  - Build the overall marketing and communication strategy for Affle  - Leverage both paid and unpaid media channels to help build greater brand awareness and market leadership for Affle  - Build and execute marketing activities to increase pipeline for sales and BD teams  - Leverage state of the art data analytics capabilities to enhance organization& position and competitiveness in the marketplace.  - Drive adoption of tools and technologies to better execute and track digital marketing activities  - Keep abreast of, and adopt latest trends and techniques in digital marketing for organization& benefit.  - Leverage a range of techniques including email marketing, paid search and PPC etc. to effectively maximize conversion and ROI  - Work with partners on joint marketing activities to generate leads  - Identify industry events relevant and help build strategies and plans to best leverage the same  - Build regular reporting of campaign activities, funnel metrics, insights and results  Requirements  - Entrepreneurial attitude and experience  - Minimum Bachelor & degree; post-graduate or professional degrees in Management/ Marketing/ Advertising preferred  - Minimum 7 years experience in Digital Marketing  - Proven capability in driving large scale customer acquisition and loyalty through marketing activities, in an online product & B2B environment.  - Hands-on expertise in paid/organic traffic sources including SEM/ Email /Other paid media for corporate/ SAAS marketing.  - Team management skills for handling a team enthusiastic digital marketers who have established expertise in individual specific mediums.  - High ambition backed with solid work ethic and desire to excel and outperform in a fast growing company and rapidly evolving industry  - Must have expertise in using various digital platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Ad networks, Google Analytics, etc.  - Experience in brand building through campaigns, corporate communications/PR and, community- building activities etc. would be desirable.
