Position Overview: Analyst will provide anchoring support in strategic planning and coordination of investor relations activities for Affle (India) Limited that is counted amongst top 500 public listed companies on the NSE and BSE. Responsibilities - Support the Company's relationships with institutional investors and sell-side equity analysts by providing clear, accurate and confident communications - Responsible for managing quarterly earnings presentations, financial releases and conference calls - Schedule, arrange and participate with top management in investor roadshows, analyst/investor conferences and 1x1 investor meets - Analyze and present share price trends, shareholding analysis and competitive intelligence reports - Help prepare the Company's Annual Report - Also, support the Corporate Communication/Media Relations function as and when required Desired Qualification and Skills : - 1- 3 years of experience in equity research, investor relations, M&amp;As or investment research - MBA/PGDM/MS in Finance - Strong understanding of financial statements analysis and valuation techniques - High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to draft impactful messages for the investors
