AffinityX - Associate Manager - Quality Assurance (7-10 yrs)
1. Assess knowledge and quality methodologies and processes
2. Take responsibility to educate and audit processes
3. Drive all quality activities and an expert in specific areas of quality - methodology, process and tools.
4.Support activities include assessment activities related to the Quality Program, identification of risks and recommendations, draft QA documentation and conduct in depth quality assurance reviews
5.Lead/participate in maintenance of standard processes and new process releases and provide coaching for institutionalizing them.
6.Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Problem solving initiatives .
7.Drive and participate in special projects as requested by Leadership
8. Drive Quality Assurance pool including certifications, re-certifications and the assignment process
9.Develop requirements for Quality Assurance capability development and the maintenance of Quality Assurance skills and expertise
10.Driving reporting and analytics requirements for Quality Assurance management
11. Facilitate and administer Quality Assurance performance/recognition feedback .
12.Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
13. Driving quality initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
14. Implementing & reviewing the Service Quality Plan (SQP) to ensure improved quality control & assurance.
15. Driving and supporting implementation of Six Sigma methodology, Lean Principles & Customer Centricity framework.
16. Assess effectiveness of process audits and deployment of quality assurance framework.
17. Drive Top down opportunity identification workshops and bottom up ideation initiatives for creation of high impact pipeline of process improvement opportunities.
18. Drive and utilize business or process data to identify improvement opportunities, validation of opportunities and conversion into projects.
19.Facilitate improvement projects for application of tools, methodology, project timelines and process capability analysis.
