Affiliate Marketing Manager - EduTech (4-9 yrs)

Job Description:

KnowledgeHut is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join its race! You will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate marketing channel.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with affiliates across the globe to run CPA, CPL campaigns

- Build and manage relationship with various affiliate partners / agencies

- Analyze affiliates performance and develop KPIs and report back to senior management on performance.

- Manage affiliate on-boarding agreements

- Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries, tracking issue, and concerns

- Set-up lead and sale tracking mechanism for affiliates

- Track KPIs on a regular basis

- Assist affiliate partners with sale details, offer details, creatives etc.,

- Deploy fraud detection tools. Monitor affiliate marketing activities and stop them in case of any false / wrong communication related to our brand

- Manage returns from affiliates and introduce incentive models to improve the business from affiliate marketing

Requirements:

- 5+ years of working experience in affiliate marketing

- Proven track record of building strategy from scratch

- Demonstrated experience of managing and growing an affiliate network

- Experience with CPA, CPL, and revenue share payment models

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently without much supervision

- Excellent negotiation, organization, and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good knowledge on marketing channels (SEO, Email marketing, PPC marketing, SMS marketing etc.,)

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics / similar analytical tools, and MS-excel

- Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation
