Aero Plast - Senior Manager - Strategy (3-7 yrs)
Senior Strategy Manager:
- Developing, driving & implementing cross functional projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Participate in company's strategic planning by liaising with HOD's, Functional Heads and Managers.
- Undertake various strategic assignments and initiatives by preparing Management Presentations, business cases, detailed reports, data driven insights.
- Analyzing, checking and archiving documentation, elaborating reports, updating databases, and positively contributing to the teams.
- Take ownership of Process improvement and process excellence projects.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data).
- Keep track of business revenue, understand customer needs & requirements.
- Evaluating and monitoring the work performance and progress of others.
- Serve as a point of contact with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyzing trends & MIS and build insights for decision-making in existing business.
