Position: Senior Manager International Sales Location: Noida (Night Shift) Experience: 6-10 years - People from start up and packaging industry will be given first preference. Job Description The person will be responsible for all activities related to International Sales and new business development in US and other potential markets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management. Responsibilities - - Responsible to manage B2B sales in international market. - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base in international market and ensure its strong presence. - Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. - Ensure the sales operations are completed in agreement with the regulations and policies of the organization. - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management. - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. - Analyse and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.
