Job Description :

The job role of the management trainee entails creating a clear framework to help the organization achieve results from its strategic initiatives. Through a dynamic, customer-focused, data driven, and result oriented approach, one will be expected to partner with the cross-functional business teams and will be responsible for designing the strategy and execution of all organizational initiatives. This is a very vital role as it will act as an anchor driving the efficiency in return of investments for the initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the top management to interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their specific business objectives, develop ideas and create business plans/strategies to be implemented organization-wide

- Conduct market assessment, Primary/Secondary research to identify actionable consumer insights for leadership team

- Would be responsible to work on project feasibility study and its effective implementation.

- Assist the leadership team in day to day business operations

- Translate strategy to execution by working effectively on cross-functional or departmental initiatives and organization-wide priorities

- Project Management

- Cost Reduction, Process Improvement, Productivity enhancement projects.

- Create actionable data reports and dashboards through extensive data analysis and provide a high-level summary for discussions and decision making to the top management
